swapped the engine from a91 explorer to a 89 broncoII. Got everything in and bolted up, but the engine feels like it is seized up. I can loosen the bottom transmission to engine bolts and a little gap between the engine and transmission, then you can turn the crankshaft with a socket. If everything is tightend up, the crank won't budge. Should I have used the flexplate from the 2.9?? Should I have used the torque converter for the 91 explorer??? Any help would be great!!!!!
