Those are Minntac's wind turbines for "carbon offset" deals, plus it's a Minnesota Power project they had going on for quite a while.

The hills are red-brown from the iron ore exposed to the environment, or "rust" as we all know it as.

For those of you who haven't guessed already, northern Minnesota is a mining industry..............
 
Nice man, But where are the pictures of you and iron ranger standing by the trucks with cold beer?

Looks like a wet trip. I love that you have a photo of a monster truck but the monster truck has nothing to do with the photo it's all about the ranger in the background. Same goes for the black mustang.

i think we all had a blast! frank yall make a good point we were standing right by a source of beer too! go figure on the pics the cam was right next to me the whole time but never dawned on me to take pics til after.

it will have to be done again!!

Sorry Frank, but this cowboy has no desire for alcohol. A cold Coke is what I grab for!! :D

Cowboys pshh...... w.e there are no real cowboys left, that's why God invented trucks, tractors, barbed wire, and atv's.

I was just teasing about the beers.

I'm a man, but I don't like beer, I drink appletini's they make me feel fancy.
