Hey i have an 03 ranger and want to add a cb what would you suggest and where would you put it?

After looking around the interior of my truck for a while, I decided that the only place to mount a CB that would look good and be in a convenient place so that I can see, reach, and adjust it while driving, is to mount it on the ceiling right above the rearview mirror. So that's what I did. I used the screws that hold the visor clips. (no drilling or poking new holes requred!) I ran a strip of metal from one clip to the other, and screwed the CB bracket to that.

clean and simple. good for you!
I've got mine mounted on the passenger side of the floor mounted cup holders. It doesn't intrude into the foot well that much (it's a full size CB, model alludes me at the moment). Easy to get to, mic is right there. Works great for me.
