ok...gonna state the obvious, but sounds like a metal on metal rub. Have you had someone else start the truck so you can try to pinpoint the location of the sound? Too much tension on the belt maybe? I may not be much help, sorry
 
Yes, it's coming from somewhere near the tensioner/idler pulley area. It's really hard to tell though because it's so loud once you get up that close, plus it comes and goes so quickly. It's just as loud from the top as it is underneath. I don't see anything strange going on either.
