Default nintendo wii homebrew channel

surfing around the net...and i stumble across something for the wii... it is more of a hack.. but it is called the homebrew channel... has one used this thing...i dont know if i want to try it or not...something about getting free games and also i did see something that i can down load so i can play dvd movies

My friend Jon did it, so far no problems. Some DVD's it will run a little slow, supposedly it's not the fastest reader, one of the things they cut costs from.

He got a SNES emulator for it, I played Super Metroid just a few days ago on it.
