'88 F250 Axle Swap?

I have an '89 4x4 B2 with the stock axles in it right now. I have access to an '88 4x4 F250. I'm looking for info on this type of swap.

The front axle is a TTB D50. Go for something straight axled instead.
 
is it the same amount of work practically?? no exactly a bolt in like a D35 would be??

I'm in the middle of suspension lift right now. Looking at the stocker axles, I thought to myself.. I don't want to have to pull all this out again to do a swap after I break it. I'm running a 4" lift with 33" Super Swampers. I should have started this project months ago. Now I'm trying to hurry before winter hits.. :dunno:
