check engine light came on and is staying, ran the code and it kicked back '# 6 cylinder misfire' and '#6 misfire on startup' changed the plugs and wires, then the coil pack, still nothing. any body got any suggestions on what to do next?

Could try switching the plug with one of the others, it will tell you if its just the plug. Could also check the continuity in the wire to see if thats the cuase.
