non-cooling A/C

My A/C on my 1998 Mazda B2500 does not blow cold air. I went to recharge it (on the low pressure side) and the gauge read 160 psi. Does anyone have an idea as what needs to be repaired?

I ran into that, turns out the system was leaking. A lot of shops right now are doing cheap A/C checks. Just get it diagnosed by someone with the right equipment.
 
The hoses were replaced about 2 yrs ago, but I have been considering taking it to someone.
