AFter I lifted it, driveshaft is too short?


I agree with others, sounds like your radius arm bushings or shot. Rubber will give you a suspension travel advantage (small, in this case) but polyurethane tends to last longer. I'd go poly and then check for the clunk.
 
Ok I took the axle pivit bolts out and the shocks off, so I could get the radiads arms tighter. The Right radius arm bushing isn't all sucked in, but I got it as tight as it wil go. The rubber bushings are brand new from skyjacker and then you use the hard plastic washers from ford. It still cklunks.
 
Have you done any brake work lateley? After I did my lift I had a hell of a clunk from the front end. After a frustrating search I finally found it to be a loose caliper bracket of all things. You can't tell if the bracket is loose unless you take the tire off and throw a wrench on the bolts.
