Rear door panel questions

Quick question. I have an extended cab 4 door 2002 ranger. The left rear door panel speaker vibrates the door. My question is how do i pull of the door panel to check it out? The front panels are easy, but i cant figure out the rears.

Help?
 
screws or clips.or both.oems like to hide screws behind little pop out panels and the panel either pops out or slides up to come off depending on the vehicle.
 
Perfect!!! Thanks, i will give it another go. I just dont want to break a clip. haha!
