alarm issues!

Hey I installed a viper 5901 on my truck. But now 45 minutes after arming it, it goes off saying the door is open even though it's not. It will only go off once unless you open the door. Then it will go off again. I've checked my connection and I've reset the alarm to factory settings. Viper won't help me because I'm not an authorized dealer. Any ideas? I'm also not getting any voltage to the door actuators from the main control box and can't figure that one out.
 
All 3 Ford's I've done an alarm on are a negative trigger. Did you use the negative or positive trigger to the alarm?

EDIT - that would also explain why you get no voltage.

If I understand correctly, we had it on the positive trigger and I switched it to the negative and now it constantly thinks a door is open
