Ive got a buddy with a 95 ranger with the 3.0 and hes having a problem with it running rough and having lack of power. Hes replaced most of the ignition system and a few other parts(have to check with him to see exactly what hes replaced). I guess Im looking for other leads on what could be wrong. Is the ICM intergrated in with the ECM on these?
