So, when I bought my '03 Ranger, it had a Ford Silver remote starter module already installed. It has always worked really well until recently it began tripping the PATS when you try to start it with the remote. I'm thinking that the PATS interface module may have gone bad. All of the wiring looks good. Is there any way to test the module independently from the vehicle like with a multimeter? Also looking for an installation diagram specifically for my truck as I want to hook up and configure some of the accessory functions. I already tried reprogramming the PATS to memorize the bypass module like an additional key but that didn't fix it.
