OK, this is my first post and my signal light issue is driving me nuts. I know there have got to be some wiring/electrical pro's on here, so here goes...
My truck is a 1999 that I did a 2000-2003 grill/headlight swap. I recently switched to HID headlights, LED tail lights, LED corner marker lights, and LED front signal lights. Also have the EP27 flasher module installed. The problem is that ONE front signal light doesn't work (passenger side)...doesn't light up or flash EXCEPT when the hazards are turned on. Harness and socket test good. LED bulb tests good. Flasher module tests good. Signal relay tests good. All other lights/signals work. Currently have NO load resistors installed. Anyone here deal with this before?

Check all your wires and fuses.
Here's a diagram.

I'll check all that tomorrow. It's weird tho 'cause when I replace either one or both of the front signal LED's with regular bulbs, they both work fine.

You figured it out already, The Led bulbs are doing this some of them need an adapter to make them flash correctly.

I think the record just got broken for the fastest solved problem on a thread.

nope, the ep27 flasher is an electric LED flasher that doesn't require a load, sorry, but this isn't solved...

Are your LEDs in correctly? I know they only work one way. In theory if that were the cause tho it wouldn't work at all...

After studying that diagram only one obvious thing stands out as possible. Part of the Multi-Function Switch is out. Odds of that though at the same time as the swap is probably something like 1,000,000-1, unless you had a turn signal on and something arced.

Does the light on the dash work when the signal isn't?

It sounds like a polarity issue but I don't see how it can work with the hazards but not with the turn, however, it still sounds like a polarity issue,
