My transmission slips constantly and it can't decide what gear it wants to be in. How do I fix it I'm tired of it

When was the last time you replaced the transmission fluid?
Have you tried using Lucas or Seafoam additives?
Did it just start doing this or has this been going on a long time?

Probably needs a valve body. I had to put one in mine as it would miss shifts. I ordered one from Central Valve Body. Shifts like a new tranny now. There are known issues with the stock valve body. Ford even has a TSB on it.
