Not running smoothly

I'll call you both idiots.
I don't think I can deny that.

As promised, I pulled and plugged the vac line. Appeared to run smoother, but I'll wait until my commute tomorrow morning before I get too excited.

Went down to AutoZone. Only code was P0500, with no codes pending. I guess I will see an EGR code pop up after awhile. I'll keep a better eye on it once I have a working reader.

I really need to fix that P0500, but that's probably a discussion for another thread.

Sorry to barge in and hijack..... but ModelA, how do you connect the Elm 327 to an Android device? My Elm has a regular USB connection. Is there another version of the Elm that is micro USB, or will an adapter work?

The ones that work with Android connect via bluetooth.

After running with the vac line to the egr unplugged for a few days, I'd say my verdict on that is in: It may have smoothed out some of my cruising at medium speeds (~45), but I still have some significant jerking at low speeds (0-20).

Have not pulled codes again. I'm still waiting on my new ELM327 to arrive.

Me too. I bought from a guy who advertised "US Seller" and I got a shipping notice from China Post. I let the guy know I'm not happy about it, but he has yet to answer.
