Alright so the upper control arm bushings are pretty straight forward, mark the camber bolts and put them back in as close as possible.

Now the lower ones are my problem. Getting the torsion bars out is the big deal. Anyone have a walk through or helpful hints of how to do this the easiest way?

You need a special "unloading" tool. You can rent/borrow them. Only place I found one readily available around me was an offroad shop.

Torsion bars dont really require any special tools. Put the truck up on jack stands. Support the lower control arm with a floor jack. Disconnect everything from the LCA (shock, sway bar end link, steering knuckle). Lower the floor jack to unload the torsion bar.
