Default Which is the better kit

Im looking to lift my 2008 Ranger XL 2WD single cab to fit 31's underneath it.
Just curious if anybody has used these kits and which one would be the better deal, and also what else needs to be done after adding one of these kits.

Springtech lift kit or the Fabtech 2.5 inch lift kit?

Or maybe somebody just has an overall better idea?

coil springs or torsion bars? I put my fabtech 3in kit on myself and its pretty sweet, just wasn't a fan a the loss of turning radius but I took some metal off the new steering stops and its a a lot better now.

I don't think you actually need a lift to fit 31s. I didn't in my 96. I eventually lifted it anyways, but just letting you know.
