Ok guru's of the Ranger Station, I need desperatly need to know how to remove the gauge needles in my 2005 fx4 offroad so I can get to the plastic gauge to sand the backs for my LED lights to shine through. The green color makes them look pale. Please help this newbie.

I have never done it, but heard that just by using a fork, you can pry them off

A fork works....kinda.....but you take a chance of ruining the gauge....here's a puller....click on the link below
