Default Spare tire jack rod clips part number?

I never knew what all Fords used these clips to hold the spare tire rod, to the core support. I have been trying to find a part number for replacement ones though, as I get tired of the clang when the one side hits when I come to a stop.
I know I never found them in LMC, that would have been too simple.

Wouldn't that be nice. (been looking for a while)
85% of the junk yards ones I have seen, have been front end damage. So far the others have been the ones without them (extended cabs when they went to the parts in a bag), or broken, etc. I looked for years before even finding the jack for the back. (why the censored don't put them back in, po's me)
