Probably goin to worst case get a body lift.
I have a 4"lift and 33s are no problem.

yours is a 98 & his is a 86 big difference in body style & wheel well opening. Mine is a 94 with 03 front sheet metal & I fit 33s with out a body lift needed, but I have a 5.5 suspension lift & only had to trim 1.5" from back edge of front bumper. Now bumper has been replaced with a bronco ll custom stinger bar bumper.
