Default 1st gen Ranger with sleeper

Spotted up in Topeka, Indiana a few years back... also notice the extended frame and dual rear wheels. Definitely a custom built job.

Is it truly a diesel tho? It would be badass as hell if it were. I think they coulda done a better job with the "sleeper cab" tho.

LOL!

It does give new meaning to the term mini trucker though. I think it could have turned out real cool if a little more work had been put into the "Sleeper", and maybe dual rear axles. Damn this is giving me more ideas I don't need.

It looks like it has duals on the back...from what I can see...probably has some beefed up rear end suspension too...
