I started a thread in the mazda section but figured this section would probably have a little more traffic. So anyway I am repairing some of the front end(radius bushing, ball joints, tie rods) on my 94 2WD B3000 and when finished, put the passenger side back together just fine. Then I went to put the driver side spring in and noticed there was a washer on this side that wasn't on the other. It is right on the spring stud under the nut that holds the radius arm on. I dont know if I lost it or if someone else did in another repair. I have seen exploded views online, and none of them seem to show it except for one. So does it need to be there? should I just add a washer to the other side? Or remove it all together? I need this truck going I have a job interview tomorrow!
Here is a shot of the washer in question.
