Default wiring problem!!!

ugh where do i even start. first of all i was changing my stock cassette player out when my wirring started acting funny, my open door alrms started going off, my interior lights wont work, my dash lights only come on when the NON-working interior light switch is on, and when i tried puting the new CD player in the speakers act as if they're blown. any ideas? do i have a few shorts somewhere

any ideas at all would help, im out of ideas and pissed off!

Shorts usually result in blown fuses or things that don't work...sounds more like you've crossed wires...if you've spliced any wires check those connections first...
