ive heard around that getting a throttle body spacer will increase HP and give it a better feel off the line, is this true and about how much does one cost??

They don't do a damn thing for sequential fuel injection. The air and fuel mixture is way further down stream for it to make a difference. It's different on TBI though. These inject the fuel at the TB, therefore one would improve throttle response maybe. But for the 2.3, 3.0, or 4.0. These will not work. Save the money.
