Had a chance to jump on these for cheap new (rock auto). The pictures should speak for themselves. The newer ones provide a much better view! I noticed the old flag style ones didn't actually provide a whole lot in view after a my friend pointed it out, so this is how I fixed it. I know the newer 07' mirror mod is in the tech library, but I actually prefer the black plastic to the chrome.

I love these, makes merging and switching lanes less of a head whipping event. This will also help when towing, or hauling a load!:icon_thumby:

Bolt on application from a 2002 Ranger w/ manual mirrors. They also fold to the side easily for clearance.

I just threw a set of those on my GF's 96. I bought them like a year ago for my old DD but when I got my new truck it already had them from the factory, so my GF was the lucky winner of my extra set.:icon_twisted:

i have those too
im planning to go with 06+ and swap mine to my moms 03, her truck has the flag ones:lame:

has anyone swapped new f150 mirrors on a ranger??

I havnt heard of anyone doing it. It would look like Dumbo the flying Ranger IMO.

06+ Mirrors can be put on gen III+ Rangers with minor modifications though.

Anything's better than the stock flags.................:icon_thumby:

I'm definitely not claiming this to be my "new" idea, just thought to share the pictures, as most need to "see" in order to fully understand an idea.........this is something Ford shoulda done ALOT earlier.

i know there much larger...but i love the running lights in them and the blinkers

Look at Stylin Trucks.com They have aftermarket ones that have the turn signals. They aren't factory but it's true. A gust of wind and those F150 units would getcha blown off the road. LOL

Would you mind providing a link to the product? Are these 2002 mirrors for your 1994 ranger? Also did you have to make any alterations at all to the mirrors or your truck? I've got a 1995 XLT and I'm looking for something just like this to replace my wabbly horrible flags.

I did find these and wondering if they are the same.

They go on Ebay for 60 bucks a pair. I picked up a set for 30 bucks at a junkyard. They are power, but they can still be adjusted manually if you dont want to go through the hassle of wiring them up.

They will bolt right up to any 93+ Ranger. The only mirrors that require modification are the square 06+ Ranger mirrors, which if I remember right you have enlarge a bolt hole on the door and use a few washers to shim up a bolt.

I'd grabbed mine for $20 a piece off rockauto.com.
