My idea of a Shelby Ranger if there would have been one.

Thanks Bud! I didn't have to do anything with the speedo.. The tires are pretty much the same as stock.. They are about 25 inches tall... Plus as I said before the ABS only has to be calibrated on Chevrolets.. One of the first things I did when I thought about going to the 17" wheels was measured the factory size on my Dad's 92 Ranger so I would kinda know where I needed to be...

Brand spankin' used eh? Looks like a certified pre-owned plate to me, would I be right?:D How would someone like me get a hold of one of those for the front of my truck lol. Multi, your rig is fantastic man. Even though our truck are being built in different directions it' like a sister truck to mine. Every time you post pics I get inspired to accomplish something and do the same. Keep up the fantastic work my friend,

Lol yeah used it as a template to see how well my flip up tag works for the hidden hitch... I'll send you that one if you want it.. If you look close enough it's from a jeep dealer so your dad would prolly love it.:D Thank you Sir for the comlement. I love how you got your Ranger lookin she is bad azz.. You and Andres both do some amazing work... Here is my idea for my tag on front.

Since it is no where near as bad azz as a Shebly Cobra or a Shelby Mustang
But she still is pretty cool and tame. I am thinking a tag that has D FANGED on it...
Got the idea reading about indians defanging cobras so they can play with them and not get bit.... If I had a 4X4 lifted I would have ALTITUDE on it...

My next project..
I want to build a trailer to match the truck out of 2 beds... Find 2 old school snug tops moded to fit then add a headliner, sofa , flat panel tv video game and a bar.. Name it the "Snake Pit"

Lookin sweet! How long till it is on the road?

Thanks Kyle!! Another week or so.. All it needs is a tag insurance and alignment to be road ready... Still got the interior and spray in liner to complete.. Well it will never be done. :D

If you're serious about sending me that plate I would definitely be interested. Let me know, there has got to be a way to send it freight collect. Thanks for the complement on my work man, coming from someone who does such amazing work like yourself that means a lot. It's not done yet, keep checking in and one day I'll have a rig to be proud of like yourself.

That's awesome, now it makes me wish I could get enough letters for altitude lol

Greatest idea ever, I'd get a couple long boxes to get tons of room in there. Man that would be slick.

Yay, multi's truck is almost to the burnout vid stage! :headbang:

Thanks for the compliment on my work as well, man. I really appreciate that, 'cause well, I've seen YOUR work, and in comparison, mine seems like... I dunno, not at the same level anyway. Haha, but thanks again, means a lot coming from you, multi!

For the 'Snake Pit' I say a couple long boxes and put a hot tub in there as well as all the rest of that stuff. Awwwwwwwwwwww yeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Next up a quick lesson on how to wetsand and buff to make a ride shine like crazy.

Part 1.

A list of things you will need.

1.2000 grit wet or dry Sand paper.. My pref is 3M or Norton.
2. A backing pad.
3. 3M Perfect it II compound
3. 3M Perfect it II Polish
4. High Speed buffer Variable Speed if possible
5. New spray bottle filled with water.
6. Plenty of Clean terry cloth rags. (at least 3 but more is better)
7. Meguires #7 hand Polish
8. (2) Applicator pads.
9 What ever kind of wax you like

Part 2
Wash area to be sanded and buffed.
Here is an example of the sanding pad.

Wrap the paper around the pad. Spray the paper with water to rinse off any dirt or grit..

keep the area you are sanding wet and hold the sanding pad flat while sanding.

Part 3:

Take your time and practice. Keep the buffer flat and move slow.
I had the post looking better but web sites froze up and lost it all so this is a sucky redo.
Use the compound. Keep the buffer flat!

After compounding use the polish and... Keep the buffer flat!

After the polish Use the #7. Apply with a application pad in small circular motion.. If you are unsure on this one go watch the origional Karate Kid..

Wax on Wax off Danial son!
buffer with compounding pad on

In the process of compounding

After cleaning the truck I found somehow red overspray got on the truck so that led to wetsanding and buffing... It takes a lot of time and practce to master buffing. I haven't seen many people that know how to do it.. If you think you know how and you turn the buffer up and not flat and move fast... You don't know how to buff simple as that... Do use comon sense stay off sharp body lines.. Maybe one day I will do a video on buffing...
