im seeing things on the trs suspension section about a trailmaster lift kit for the 98 up to 2001 4x4 ranger anybody know where i can get one or if its still availible?

I've heard it's been out of production for years now. It's very similar to a Superlift kit, except the trailmaster uses balljoint spacers which, I sorta don't trust, whereas the Superlift comes with new taller knuckles. Same price as a Superlift, but lessor quality parts IMO.

I think over at ExplorerForum there's a side by side comparison between the two kits.

Here's pics and diagrams and some info from a couple years ago...

i figured it was something dangerous coming from trailmaster. ive been trying to figure out how to get 35 12.50 15s on my 2001. i took a look at your truck fx4wannabe. whats the specs on yours? got a build thread anywhere?

Pretty simple and common setup really: 4" Superlift, 3" body, 35x12.50 on 15x10's, 4.88's. Mine's an '01 too.

No build thread. Stay tuned in the coming days, I think I may whore the truck out and i'm fully prepared to be called a pavement princess and pretty truck adn tooo clean of a truck. lol.

Will you settle for this for now?
