I was reading in the tech center about cranking the bolts on the torsion bars To level the suspension a little bit. I tried turning them clockwise maybe about 1 full turn maybe a little less. But it didnt really seem like it did muchI think I got maybe like 1/2 an inch higher in the front. Do I need to turn them more or is that the highest I will get?

You can turn them until they bottom the keys out. I don't suggest you do that, but you should be able to get more then a half inch from them. Be careful! If you over do it you will put too much stress on your CV's and they will wear out much faster then you would like.

If you level your truck, when you tow or haul it will make your truck look very stupid, very fast.

My brother leveled his '97, it takes nothing to look pathetic now. My truck sits level with my tractor on the trailer while his is far from it.
