On the semi-odd occasion I want/need to wind this little buzz grinder out, near the redline (which is 6200, right? no tach sucks...) the battery light on the dash flickers real fast and the lights will go rather dim. Any ideas what the cause may be?
I don't have any issues with the truck otherwise, haven't had it very cold yet, only below freezing a few times since I bought it but it fires right up and doesn't seem to have any issues keep the battery charged, lights don't dim at idle etc etc.
Also, what is a generally acceptable fuel mileage? I've been getting a consistent 25-25.5 with what I'd call mostly highway...I've got a few hills that I have to mat it in 4th to climb everyday.
