What's the best way to get these out? Its the front one thats frozen. Should I remove the heater hose right angle fitting from the manifold and spray the bottom of the bolt with PB Blaster?
Or should I cut the thermostat housing with a dremel tool (sacrificing it) and spray PB Blaster from the top?
Thanks all.

Thaw it out!!??!!
Sorry, had to say it.

I would saw it out...

but I don't think I could get a saw in there.
Sorry your speech impediment extends to your fingertips.
How about this?
Drill a small hole into the thermostat housing just under the apron of the problematic bolt at an angle to get to the threaded part.
Squirt PB Blaster into the hole and hopefully it will seep down into the threads in the manifold.
Could do this repeatedly while continuing to operate the vehicle until it loosens up.
And hopefully coolant won't leak out.
Has anybody tried that??? Thanks.

I dont have a speech impediment. You said it was frozen, i said to thaw it. Sorry the joke is on me i guess cause you didnt get it.

You might be better to drain coolant and heat the bolt directly with a torch. Never tried this but ATF and acetone in 50/50 mix apparently works much better than PB Blaster.

Thanks RearRanger

I'll give that a shot. It looks like an all day project to me for such a small issue.

Looked at the video...

but what if there's no thread sticking out to screw the nut on to?
Fortunately mines not broken... yet.
