I'm, wanting to do a suspension lift, approx. 3-4", I thought of using
Explorer 4x4 rear leaf spring assemblies with 2" blocks and turn up the
torsion bars all the way up in the front? Is this doable and the most
inexpensive route? I plan on putting 295-75Rx16 Nitto Terra Grapplers,
they measure taller than the 305's and 315's, at 33.27x11.23x16.
What do you think and do the tires hold up?

You won't be able to crank the torsion bars up that high (and even if you could, you'd start blowing through CV joints and ball joints like no tomorrow).

I would get the BellTech Chevy shackles for it, turn up the torsion bars 2" (max) and get some 265/75R16 tires (285/75R16 if you're open to possibly having to modify the wheelwells slightly).

Higher than that, you'll need an actual lift of some sort (body or suspension lift).

Suspensin

I already run 265.75RX16", with stock suspension and it has at least 2"
of clearance at the closest pt. the front fender corners, I heard if you do
crank the TB's all the way up in decreases the life of your front end.
what about cranking the TB's @ 2.5" and maybe coil over front shocks?
I think the explorer 4x4 4dr. rear leaf springs with or without blocks will
work on the rear?

2" over stock is really the max amount of lift height you want, regardless of how you do it.

The problem is the angle the balljoints and CV axle shafts will be at if you crank it up too high. You'll lose most of your suspension's downtravel as well.

You could also add a body lift (that'll let you run those tires no problem). Beyond that, it gets much more costly (full suspension lift kit).
