so my dad got a splash and it won't run unless I spray starting fluid in the intake hose, it stoped running one day and I put a new fuel pump, filter in it after i thought it was that and turned out that the old pump's float and filter had broken. So i cleaned the tank out and put it back together and it still wont run. It has fuel press. And spark, what makes the dang injectors fire? Any help is great!
