I was confused for awhile....
The ford manual shows a T shaped strap that goes around the back part of the fuel tank and then bolts to a crossmember.
The ones every single store and website show for my truck doesn't have the T shape.
This is supposively the ford manual.
These ar ewhat every dealer has..
Whatever, it went on. Removed the bed, driveshaft and took front strap off to get the rear one on.
What a drag...Now I can't get the bolt to go through...not enough might in me...I'll go buy a longer bolt tomorrow and cut off the added half inch after its installed..,. then i fix the rusted and broken spring mount, (which i didn't know about.)
