Bed Topper compatibility

I currently have a Covermaster Bed Topper on my mortally wounded 96 Mazda B3000 :bawling:

and am interested in having it repainted and installed on my brand new 2010 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4.

I know this is a pretty long shot given the scarcity of the details provided, but would it seem possible that the Topper would fit on this Ranger?

Yes, same bed. Has been since 1993-2011.

The inside dimensions of the bed rails are the same back to 1983.

Though caps prfiled to fit 1983-92 beds look like the hat on the "Whimpy" character on Popeye cartoons.... but they still fit.

Presuming the bed is the same LENGTH , I.E. long bed or short bed.

This is good news :yahoo:

Insurance company is trying to short me money on this, saying a Deluxe Bed Topper is only valued at $40.00 when I paid over $1000.00 for it only six years ago, installed.

I hate to just let it go to the salvage yard where they'll be the ones making money off of it. The wife came up with the idea of having it repainted and installed; think I'll keep her around a little longer!

The Ranger's bed is listed as 6 feet and I'm assuming the B3000 is also 6 feet. I'll know more next week when I head over to the body shop where she's sitting.
