Sounds just like mine! Except mine has the 3.0 liter. Its a great truck, having the long bed is especially useful.

lifted 9 inch's (6 in. suspension, 3 in. body) on 35's
needs new rotors, front brakes, hubs, front bumper, driver's side window and new corner lights.....oh, and a tranny haha
If nothing else, the lift, good engine, 5.13's and the lock-right is well worth the 500 bucks i paid for it
