Obd 1 code 224

Check engine light came on scanned truck came up with code224 changed primary coil , plugs and wires cleared code check engine light came back 224 what else can be checked. Any thoughts would be helpful

heres what 224 is.

224 (M) Failure in ignition coil primary circuit - Ignition Systems

so it may not be the actual coil. check the power going to the coil
 
Checked power to both coils at the connector got 12v , checked the resistance at 1&4 , 2&3 got 13.38 ohms on both packs. Whats next?
