new to 2.3 rangers

hey guys im new just bought an 08 ranger with the 2.3 and would like some recomendations for an exhaust and intake any help will be appreciated guys thanks

I recently purchased a 04' with a 2.3 and 5 speed and have had pretty good results. I have posted the search for best air intake for it and you can read that post on here. I have since built a smooth metal tube that connects to the MAF and the throttle body and used turbo boots to smooth the connections. I am going to take it off and rifle the inside to see if that makes a difference. I take it off and replace it with the factory tube when I take it in to the dealership for warrenty work. I am waiting for the exhaust to rust and go out of warrenty before I make some changes. I think a better flowing cat and muffler should do the trick. I am trying to keep by mileage up and push that 30 mpg, almost at it.

magnaflow, im gettin it in a few weeks, they can make it custom fit for your truck, that is, dual or single exhaust, just dont put a fart cannonish thing on it
