I just checked through my states vehicle inspection criteria (Pennsylvania) and it reads this:
(viii) Spring shackle kits or blocks are used
to lower the suspension of the front of
the vehicle.
(ix) Spring shackle kits are more than 2
inches over original equipment.
(x) Blocks are used on front axle to raise
the vehicle.
(xi) Blocks used on rear axle exceed 5
inches over original equipment.
So does this mean I cant throw some washers under my front coils?
Will the belltech shackles still be legal?

Do you have to get an inspection every year or? There's always switching stuff back to stock for the inspection and then switching it back when you're done with the inspection.
