f150 with built in toolboxes?

I thought about doing something like that to my bed like the new dodges have. It would not be that hard to do, you would just have to fab up the lids right and use the right weatherproofing to make sure it didn't leak. It's waited space any way why not?

Just a Regular Cab Ford with the frame of an 8ft bed, except with a 6ft bed and some toolboxes... Wouldn't be that hard to do so long as you can cut bed sides straight...

I think its the nissan titans that have have them in their beds, like what the old fords had.

One of my customers just bought a '74 with the toolboxes that he was showing me last week. They're pretty neat.

I used to see a pickup that belonged to an HVAC company around town a lot. It was a Chevy <shudder> and the bed sides lifted up like a car trunk lid. Inside were compartments of lots of different sizes for parts. Looked pretty slick. I never thought to take pictures, just assumed it was a special bed available for folks that use lots of little parts.

Its the Ford F150 midbox, as done by an aftermarket company. Some Colorado's received the same treatment

Longbed Ranger is 7', so with the shortbox you would have 1' of a toolbox.

I think the Nissan bed door thing is just for the tire changing stuff.

I have seen a Super Duty like this but the whole bed was full of doors.

The cats and I like!!!!!!! We want something like that!!!!

Hmmm...cool, but I'd see them becoming either a rust or dirt issue in no time...
