this was.......I repeat....this was on the local news 2 nights ago....
"A young man was wounded in the upper body, and a block away a young woman was wounded in the leg by gunfire"
"Both victims said they were shot by a stranger who was running down the street and fired at them as he RAN BY !!!!!"
"Police and victims are unable to come up with any reson for the assailants actions"
