okay well i've been having issues with bumpers and header-panels lately, seeing as my truck was rolled and everything on the front clip was KIA i have had to severely customize everything, well my header panels keep breaking and i'm tired of it. i want to incorporate the whole headlight assy into a light bar/engine cage. i have plenty of working room seeing as my truck is a 4cyli and has nothing besides motor and battery up front. i'd like to see some of your bumpers so i could kinda draw up an idea and see how well it'll work, the engine cage it mostly finished but not welded together and not even close to being ready for welding. because i had this idea in mid-fab. make my own header panel out of sheet aluminum and WELD IT to the bumper which will be welded to the engine cage. should work beautifully. so lets see some ideas or just throw some out there!:icon_thumby:

hah, no, most definitely not welding the two together! thats like trying to run a marathon in reverse with a bunch of [fat] horny women chasing you. not good end result. they will be bolted together but fabricated to match up close enough to look welded. and yes there will be pics of everything when this damned laptop stops acting like an abused red-headed step child with all its flinching from everything i do and lagging.
