I've searched this site, looked at every auto parts store, but nowhere can I find what kind of bulb I need for the cargo area light on my B2. The last owner apparently took it out and didnt replace it since I just have an empty conector now..
Could someone tell me what light they have in that place?

I'll take a picture for you tomorrow, I have the Same BII that you have, 89

if the bulb is the glass tube type its a 2112 i believe but im not 100% sure. if its the wedge type base its a 194 bulb

It looks like it's the wedge type. Similar to the bulb that goes in the dome light only smaller.

Pretty sure I put the same bulb in the cargo lamp as I did in the dome light. It physically fits and the socket is the same.

If its a flat base, a RV light bulb will work (all the lights in an RV are 12v), if its the fuse shaped one, I got one for mine from napa.

Mine had a tubular-type bulb in it (about 1½" long) with wire loop connection on each end that slipped over tab-shaped contacts within the fixture. It definitely is not the same as the dome lamp bulb (which is a wedge-base type).
Removing the bulb was somewhat difficult too (I suspect as cheap & simple as the single-piece molded fixture itself is, it was designed to be replaced whole).

Believe it or not, those buss fuse style lightbulbs (long tube shape, wire loops at each end) are actually used in the red/green navigation lights on boats.
