Hi All
tried a search but with limited success.
My wipers have stoppped working on m1 Mazda B3000
The washers have stopped at the same time.
I have no manuals, no diagrams and am in North Africa.
(Yes it does rain here)
Anybody got a wiring diagram ?

Not for a 2001, I don't.

2000's shows fuse 16 (30A) powers wiper and washer.

3 relays in the underhood fusebox, one for wiper Hi/Lo, one for Wiper run/Park, one for washer pump. All use fuse 16, so verify that fuse is good.

The likely culprit is the Multi-function switch, if the fuse is good.
