My girlfriends car started to spell like coolant on the inside and the windows fog up and I had this happen on my thunderbird and it ended up being the heater core and I was just wondering how big of a p.i.t.a. is it to replace, if its anything like the rangers i'd better set aside a solid day for sure. thanks guys

since its a 98 dodge, i would recommend picking up a haynes/chilton manual for it. you will likely find yourself using it again.

i believe that most vehicles are not as difficult to replace heater cores on as rangers.
