lifetime warranty is a lie. and last time i checked, 9007 is fog lights. atleast on mine they are

I have never seen a 9007 fog light. A 9007 is a dual filament high/low beam that all 01+ Rangers, (yes, yours too) use.

Blue tinted lights are garbage IMO. Stay away.
 
If you want "blue" lights. Get the real ones... Not some cheap knockoffs that are standard bulbs coated in blue
 
Blue lights suck nuts at dusk and dawn, in fact they suck all the time. You can't see worth a crap, and they blind other drivers, don't get them.
