Few questions about my Dana 28

What causes my truck to go out of alignment so fast? I bought it a few months ago and he said he just had it aligned and now its pulling big time, i mean crazy bad. I havent taken it off road or anything.

I'm changing gears so I bought a "one third". Will it need realigned after changing this out? Also how hard would you say it is to change this? I'm not great at this kinda thing but to me it looks like it would be not that bad of a job.

Drop pitman?

Did you lift it and if so did you install a drop pitman arm? I got the FIRESTONE LIFETIME ALIGNMENT so every couple of months I get my truck realigned at any of their 2500 locations at no charge ! PAY ONCE then free as long as I own the truck and the parts are good -they got a coupon online too I think. What is a "one third"? Do you mean 3rd member? As for the pull it can be in alignment and the tires can cause a pull ,either by being different PSI side to side or begining to separate or just radial tire pull. does it vibrate or just pull and does the pull change at speed or what -more info please

What are you calling a "one third"?

Also, try swapping your front tires left to right and see what happens. Also, these front ends can be a bit screwy. If you don't get them in just right and then don't put the cotter pin in the top castle nut, they can go out quickly.

Which way is it pulling?

When was the last time your wheel bearings were checked? Are they torqued right?

This one is kinda rude, and in left field, but may be relevant if it pulls to the left. How heavy are you? I've seen the owner sitting in the driver seat be enough to make the car pull.
