just finished building some sliders for my b3000. made them from 1/8inch 3x2 and the legs are made from 1/8inch 2x2. jacked the truck up from them on both sides and they seem to be strong enough

that 1/8 wall tubing wont stand up to much. id plate the bottom and outside with some flat stock.

1/8 wall or not... its better than nothing!

and besides, trail gear does 1/8th wall dom tubing

1/8th wall will hold up great for my truck, im not going to be slaming it on everything, they will mainly be used for a jacking location for my highlift...this is my daily/weekend warrior, not a beater lol plus all the fab shops in the area use 1/8th wall
