that the engineers that designed the 4.0 and the ones that figured out how to place it in the truck, should be beaten.
I think they successfully designed that engine/compartment to be a pain in the butt to work on. From the PCV valve to the thermostat to the tensioner pulley, all 3 have caused me to either lose skin from my hand or cause my hand some sort of pain from having to contort it to fit in a hard to reach spot.
One that would make some of the maintenance/repair easier would be a two piece fan shroud. That would be awesome.
