I am trying to put a 1996 explorer engine with all the efi fuel injection i have the computer, computer harness,intake,mass air meter,and everything off the 1996 explorer.I am trying to put it all in a 1996 4 cylinder ranger splash and i need to know if the 42 pin firewall harness for the explorer will work with the ranger i know it will plug in but does all the wires in the harness match up.Also i am using a c-4 tranny do i just leave the transmission plug on the harness unpluggeg and can i cut it.
